"I almost never post reviews, but had a highly disappointing experience and do not recommend using for any insurance needs in Landrum. A tree fell on our garage during Helene and we paid out of pocket to fix it. State Farm was not our insurance company, but refused to give us coverage for another property due to that happening during the hurricane. Definitely not looking out for the Landrum community and would highly recommend considering other insurance companies with more ethical practices. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there… when it suits them and they don’t think you’ll ever file a claim."
